Ordering
Our website has been set up to make ordering a quick and simple process. Once you find an item that you want to purchase, simply click the ‘Buy Now‘ or ‘Add to Basket‘ button and that product will be automatically added to your shopping basket. If you want to buy more than one, simply adjust the amount once the item is in your basket. When you‘ve finished shopping, click ‘Checkout‘ and you will be guided through the payment process. If you find anything that isn‘t clear or require help using the site, please give us a call.

Payment
We can only accept payment through PayPal or Google Checkout at the moment.

International Orders
We are happy to accept orders from customers outside the UK, please contact us for a freight quote. Payment may be made through Google Checkout or PayPal.

Delivery time
Orders are shipped within two working days of receiving cleared payment (orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on the following Monday). If there is any reason for an order being delayed, we will contact you directly to discuss.

Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by telephone or e-mail within 7 days of receipt and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
